NEC's New Valuestar R LUI with On-demand System

NEC's New Valuestar R LUI with On-demand System

Do you remember NEC's LUI desktop PC series? We talked a lot about it here: (Lui is Back! Here's a Stunning UMPC and On Demand System from Japan). We introduced one a month ago, the Valuestar LUI Desktop PC which integrates an on-demand service function.

As a reminder, the on-demand system allows different client, like notebook and UMPC that are not equipped with any OS, processor, or software, to benefit from the features of one computer. It's a server and designed for this use. It comes with Vista Home Premium, an Intel Core Quad Processor, 2 GB of RAM, 500 GB of HDD, or Blu Ray disc drive.

With the Valuestar LUI, you can to benefit from software that cannot be used on an UMPC or notebook, like Photoshop. It looks like an interesting solution, particularly for professional with a good Internet connection. The specifications were changed a bit, now it comes with a slimmer tower.
