Toshiba Portégé R700

The Portégé R700 to challenge the Mac Book Air

The R500 will represent the top of Toshiba's UMPC range. Two versions will be available including one, the 11J with 64GB of SSD and no optical drive, which is clearly looking for a confrontation with the Mac Book Air!

No matter what Mister Jobs says, Toshiba claims to have the thinnest and lightest laptop in the world (779g and 25.5mm).
The specifications include: WiFi, BlueTooth, 3G+/HSDPA, Toshiba Easy Guard for safety...

Available this month.

Apple never ceases to amaze me. I've had a Mac for 22 years and have never looked back.

This jewel is a little underpowered if it's going to be your only computer... but as a sidekick on the go computer, it's absolutely priceless. Nice job.
