SanDisk pSSD: Solid-State-Drives for ULPCs

SanDisk launchd a new version solid-state-drive, the pSSD. Introduced at Computex, this parallel ATA solid-state-drive is destined for the low-cost notebook sector. You should expect sa reading speed of 39MB/sec and a writing speed of 17MB/sec. Our pSSD use MLC (Multi Level Cell) and SLC (Single Level Cell) flash memory chips. This new SSD, produced in Yokkaichi, Japan, should be available in 4/8/16 Go versions at the beginning of August.
